About Me
Hi, I’m Kim Gordon — a Registered Nurse now turned marketing professional, wife, mom of two, and passionate advocate for ancestral health and quantum biology.
My journey into wellness began in 2017 with a desire to lose weight. I started with a ketogenic diet — and while the pounds came off, the real surprise was how much better I felt overall. More energy, better focus, fewer cravings. I was hooked.
Life took an unexpected turn in 2018 when I became pregnant with my second child — nearly 14 years after my first. I stayed committed to a real-food, low-carb lifestyle, but in 2022, everything started to unravel. A stressful job, long hours, and chronic sleep deprivation took their toll. Despite “doing everything right,” I gained 30 pounds in a year. Looking back, I know now: it wasn’t just about food — it was about stress and circadian disruption.
In early 2025, I drew a line in the sand. I stepped down from my high-stress role and shifted into part-time work so I could focus on healing from the inside out.
That’s when I discovered quantum biology — the science of how light, water, magnetism, and circadian rhythms impact our cells and our health. I began syncing my day with nature:
🌅 Watching the sunrise
🌞 Getting UVA light mid-morning
👣 Grounding barefoot in the grass
🔴 Using red light therapy
💧 Filtering, structuring, and remineralizing my water
🌙 Blocking blue light before bed
Within a few months, I lost 20 pounds — without drastically changing my diet. More importantly, I felt lighter mentally and emotionally. And I knew: this is the path forward.
Today, I eat a mostly ketovore/carnivore diet with a focus on whole, seasonal foods. I believe true health isn’t found in a pill or a perfect macro count — it’s found in reconnecting with the rhythms of nature.
Now, I feel called to help others do the same. I’m currently pursuing my health coach certification so I can support others on their own healing journeys.
